Lorena Mullor

Lorena Mullor is a Senior Advisor on Digital Affairs at the Spanish Banking Association (AEB), where she monitors regulatory debates on banks' innovation and digital transformation. Her focus areas include proposals for a digital euro, Financial Data Access framework, and recent regulations on crypto-assets, digital resilience, and the Artificial Intelligence Act.
Previously, Ms. Mullor worked at the Spanish Mortgage Association, serving as Director from 2009 to 2016. She managed issues related to the mortgage and covered bond markets, as well as public initiatives such as the Social Housing Fund and Code of Good Practices for mortgage restructuring. She also represented the association in different national and European committees.
Ms. Mullor holds degrees in law and specialized qualifications in finance, making her an expert in digital and financial regulatory frameworks.
