Olivier Mittelette

Member of EMMI Board of Directors and the Nomination Committee

Olivier Mittelette began his career at Price Waterhouse Legal and Tax, focusing on capital markets and corporate law from 1997 to 2000. He later joined Société Générale (SG) Group, where he held various roles within the legal department, including Deputy Head of the Financial RegulatoryDepartment. His work spanned regulated and over-the-counter markets, asset management, and M&A issues.

In 2014, Mr. Mittelette transitioned to the Fédération Bancaire Française, where he initially joined the Corporate and Investment Banking department. Since 2017, he has led this department, representing the French banking sector in dialogues with French and European public authorities on regulations such as EMIR, MiFID II/MiFIR, and benchmarks like Euribor and Eonia.

Mr. Mittelette holds a postgraduate degree in commercial law from Panthéon-Sorbonne University and a Master's degree in commercial law from Paris-Assas University.
