Robert Peirce

Robert Peirce has been a senior partner at PW and PwC for over 25 years, specialising in governance, financial consulting, and auditing services for domestic and multinational financial institutions. He has held key leadership roles, including leading PriceWaterhouse's Belgian audit firm, managing PwC's financial services practice, and launching its forensic practice.
In his career, Mr. Peirce has served as a Chairman of the Institute of External Auditors accredited by the National Bank of Belgium and the Financial Services Market Authority. He is also a recognised financial expert, having taught auditing, financial instruments, accounting, and corporate governance at several universities. Currently, he is a Chairman of the Euroclear Bank Board of Directors and serves as an independent Director and member of the Audit Committee of EMMI.
Mr. Peirce holds a Master's degree in Applied Economic Sciences, an Executive Master in Philosophy and Management, and certifications in Corporate Social Responsibility.
